TXB0106: Will the higher port voltage damage the TXB0106RGYR

Hi,

I have a question about TXB0106RGYR,

The VCCB is 1.8V, and I apply 1.9V on port B, will it damage IC?

If yes, may I know what is the max voltage on port B when VCCB is 1.8V?

The absolute maximum ratings allow V_CCB + 0.5 V.

1.9 V would be OK, but not 2.8 V.

"1.9 V" is in your image. The datasheet allows 1.8 V + 0.5 V = 2.3 V.
