SN74LVC1G08: Does this has clamping diode?

Hi Expert,

We have design question about SN74LVC1G08DCKR need your help to check with R&D.

Does each pin exist IC clamping diode? Especially pin4 output pin. If unpowered to measure pin4 and pin1 voltage, what value will be showed?

    A pin does not have a clamping diode to VCC if the absolute maximum ratings allow voltages higher than VCC (+ X).

    LVC inputs always have a high impedance. LVC1G ouputs have a high impedance only when disabled or powered off.
