Hello

I would like to understand the meaning of delta Icc in 1G126 datasheet.

It means 1 input at Vcc - 0.6V, other input at Vcc or GND

Can I consider OE and A as 2 inputs?

other input at Vcc or GND, in my opinion, it is direct connected, not tie to Vcc or GND by a resistor or from another part's output?

Is that correct?

So, if input of A is 2.3V, OE is tie to GND by a resistor and connect to the reset output of TPS3897. I don't think it will cause a 500uA delta Icc.

Please confirm this.

ΔI_CC is not a current into or out of the pin; it is additional supply current that flows into V_CC and out of GND. For why this happens, see [FAQ] How does a slow or floating input affect a CMOS device?

All inputs have an extremely high impedance; it does not matter whether you're using resistors or connect them directly to V_CC/GND.

Hello

For example, if I use a buffer 1G126, the 1G126 is supplied with 3.3V, but the input of OE & A is 3.8V.

Is it a problem? Can the buffer work normally? Will there be extra Icc?

This is no problem; you get shoot-through currents only when the voltage is somewhere between the power rails.
