    These numbers aren't in our system I'm going to go ahead and request them, but given it's end of year and holiday season I imagine the wait time for getting these back will be extended likely 3-4 weeks.

    Just a minor follow-up query for SN74LVC07AMPWREP. The datasheet doesn't show information about its maximum junction temperature. But it seems that this FAQ shows that the device would also have a max junction temperature of 150°C. However, it's part of the absolute max ratings. Our customer wants to know the junction temperature range at which the device would remain functional and within spec. Typically it's 125°C for most devices. Would this be the case for SN74LVC07AMPWREP as well?

  • The recommended operating conditions already allow an ambient temperature of 125 °C, so the junction temperature must necessarily be higher.

    In the worst case, the junction temperature would be 125 °C + 113 °C/W × (24 mA × 0.55 V) ≈ 126.5 °C.
