TXS0108E: Logic - INTERNAL forum

Part Number: TXS0108E

Our case is PUSH/PULL with the voltages 1v8 to 2v5 and vis versa. The voltages are at normal variations ~+/-3%

We would (URGENTLY) like to know what will be the max delay variations (please note "variations ") of the same A & B pair pins on the same IC during a temperature change ( ~ 0 to 70 'C).

Will appreciate your prompt answer.  THANKS.

  • Hey Steve,

The provided max spec in the datasheet is the actual maximum and the actual delay should be within those values. Note that delay values generally increase as temperature increases, but will never cross the values listed in datasheet. The spec in the datasheet covers over the free-air temperature range (-40C to 85C). If the customer would like to test their specific setup, the IBIS model can be used to test across typ. conditions and strong/weak corners.

    Regards,

    Jack
