Can I use TXB0106 or TXB0108 for SD card level translation from 3.3V to 1.8V?

No; SD cards use open-drain signals at some times.

You might be able to use general-purpose TXS or LSF translators, but there are specialized SDIO translators; see the Translate Voltages for SDIO app note.
