Hi,

I found the LXC parts says:

If either VCC supply is < 100 mV or disconnected, all I/O's get pulled-down and then become high-impedance

But TXU says:

If either VCC input is < 100 mV or disconnected, all outputs are disabled and become high impedance.

So, there is no 'pulled-down' behavior when VCC off for TXU parts, right?

Correct. The output is floating, and if there is any capacitance, it might stay at the old voltage.

So, the pull-down in LXC parts is designed to discharge any capacitor on the pin?

The dynamic pull-downs of the LXC translators work only when the device is disabled, but not when it is powered off. (They are designed for up to 30 pF.)
