Hi Team,

I have 2 questions about the level shifter application.

My customer is using SN74AHCT244 for 3.3V to 5V level shift. Now they have requirement of 5V to 3.3V and still want single power in current project (In other projects, they also use SN74LXC8T245 with dual power).

However, SN74AHCT244 recommends VCC 4.5V to 5.5V which means it can't be used for 5V to 3.3V due to limit of VCC range.

Then I look at SN74HC244 whose VCC allowing 2V to 6V. So, Can SN74HC244 be used for 5V to 3.3V level shift with VCC@3.3V?

In addition, SN74HC244 only support 85 degrees Ta (though SN54HC244 supports 125 degrees Ta, it's military part). do you have other recommends supporting fixed-direction (5V to 3.3V), single power, 125 degrees Ta (prefer 8,4 bits, but 1,2 bits also OK). thanks.
