Hi TI Expert,

May we know the VIH/VIL(IN0/1/2) & VOH/VOL(Y) parameter of SN74LVC1G97QDCKRQ1 under 5V VCC?

It seems that the EC table does not cover this part.

Or how to judge those parameter if the datasheet doesn't mention.

Power supply voltages are not accurate; the datasheet specifies these parameters for 4.5 V to allow for the worst case of a 5 V ± 10% supply.
