SN74LVC2G17: RθJc, Psi JT parameter

Hi team,

I want to calculate the Tj of SN74LVC2G17DCK by Tj=Tc + (RθJc top x Pd ) or Tj=Tc + (Psi JT x Pd ), but I can find neither RθJc nor Psi JT on the datasheet.

Could you help to provide the information for us?

If you still want to calculate using RthetaJc and Psi JT, I will have to submit a thermal request for this device. This takes around 2 weeks to come back to me.

Thank you for your reply and information.

According to this FAQ, to my understanding, it is needed to measure Ta for Tj presumption.
If Ta measurement point is known exactly, I would calculate Tj using Ta, RthetaJa and Pd.

But I think it is difficult to measure Ta around this device because the measurement point is unclear.

So I intend to attach a thermocouple to the top of the package and measure Tc.
In this case, I suppose RthetaJc or Psi JT are required.

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)	217.3
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	152.7
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	61.6
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	43.7
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	61.3
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value)	n/a
