    There is no other device with the same pinout.

    Rochester Electronics still has 10k in stock.

    It might be possible to solder TSSOP (74ACT11245PWR) onto the footprint. But I'd recommend to change the board to the standard 20-pin package (e.g., SN74ACT245).
