SN54AC00-SP: About the SEL radiation test.

Hi expert,

For SN54AC00-SP, TI has SEE "Estimations and Calculations", but has no SEE/SEL test report.

Could you tell me why Estimations and Calculations are used instead of test report to prove that SEL immune to 86 MeV×cm2/mg can be achieved?

Because my customer need to provide TID and SEE test report to their Quality Assurance Department when chosing space grade IC in satellite application.
