SN74LVC1G126: Output of 1G126 when the OE is 0.8V

It is due to the output of TPS3897, it could be 0.8V during power up. But after the power through 0.8V, it is 0V. In this case, I think the outpur of 1G126 won't be higher than 0.8V, do you agree?

If I use this gate to drive Vishay SIR422DP, I am worrying of turn on it by mistake

I wouldn't recommend driving a MOSFET with such a large input capacitance directly with a logic gate. You can either use a gate driver or add an external resistor to prevent damage to the logic gate from the excessive current required.

If I use UCC27517, may I use a zener as the power supply. And I may add a capacitor to provide the transient current. Is it possible?

The UCC27517 can output a very high current, and has an undervoltage lockout at 4.35 V. But if the capacitor is much larger than the MOSFET's gate capacitance, it will work.

Most gate drivers behave like this. I suggested this one because it is simple and cheap.
