TXS0102: Input Voltage Spec

Hi expert,

Customer used TXS0102 for 1.8V to 3.3. For Vil, DS spec minimum is 0 but customer measured negative value e.g. -40mV or -150mV. Though it's still within absolute rating, is any concerns?
