I inquire about the functional safety FIT(Application FIT Rate) value for the device below.


Standard is SIEMENSE SN29500-2.

(it is not a request for a JEDEC-based technical fit value.)

    Thank you for your reply.
    However, it is not the answer I want.
    The values shown are technical FIT values based on JEDEC.

    I want functional safety FIT value based on SN29500.

    Taking the TCAN1042-Q1 as an example, the following documents are required.
    www.ti.com/.../slla502
    What we can see from that document is that the Reference FIT value (SN29500) = 20FIT.

    What I want is the Application FIT value.

    And I need FIT values for all part no. below.
    Please check again.
