This looks OK, as long as there is no high load on any I/O pin.

But the TXB makes sense only if the signals are bidirectional. You have four unidirectional signals; the TXU0304-Q1 is much more robust because it has high-impedance inputs and low-impedance outputs.

Thanks for your valuable feedback, as per your instructions we had changed the part from TXB0104QRUT*Q1 to TXU0304-Q1. I had shared the image of the schematics below. Kindly Share your opinion on the updated one.
