CD4044B: High voltage signals to interface with microcontroller

We are using CD4044B chips connected to 15Vcc. Therefore, the latched outputs signals(Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 of the chips)of the chips will be at 15V. What would be the best solution to translate these signals to 3.3V or 5V. Please keep in mind, we prefer to use 15Vcc instead of any lower voltage.

Use a level shifter like the CD40109B.

Hi, I was looking at the level shifting chip you suggested. It is Low to High level shifter. I need High to Low level shifting chip. If you can suggest one ?

The CD40109B also supports high-to-low level shifting.
