Hi,

I would like to know the clock frequency range for part number SN74AHCT273N. The datasheet shows min value is 65MHz. So is it mean this device can work from 0-65MHz or above. Please clarify this query.

The parameter is called f_max. 65 MHz is the maximum; all lower frequencies are supported.

The reason why this value is listed in the "MIN" column is that this is the lowest value that is guaranteed to be valid for all devices. This might be clearer when looking at the 25 °C columns; most devices have an f_max of 120 MHz, but some device can only do 75 MHz, so 75 MHz is the value that applies to all devices.
