SN74ACT04: PSpice for TI model Drawing Too Much Current

I have run into some issues with the PSpice models in PSpice for TI.

It appears that some of the ACT CMOS models are broken.

When placing them into a simple test circuit as shown below, the symbols pull WAY too much current:

I repeated this with other similar inverting buffer logic devices of HCT devices and they did not seem to have this issue (they have believable current draw):

It appears to be an issue with only AC or ACT component PSpice models.

I am using PSpice for TI version 17.4-2022 S008 Windows SPB 64-bit Edition. I observed similar behavior importing models into other PSpice software too.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    I know that we have more than a few models "out in the wild" that have this issue -- the input impedance calculation was incorrect. We are still working on a solution to get all of those models updated.

    Those values should be very large instead of very small -- you can swap them to 24E6 like I did in the attached file.
