SN74AXCH8T245: 1.2V/3.3 translation at 200Mbps

I am looking for the level translator between 3.3V and 1.2V (uni or bi-direction) at >200Mbps. Does SN74AXCH8T245 meet this requirement? (cannot see speed rate at 1.2V from the datasheet). If not can you recommend one?

    We have verified 1.2V <-> 3.3V translation for up to 120MHz using the AXC EVM.



  • Thank you Josh for the information. My followup questions are:

    1) was that verification based on room temperature? If so what about at the worst temperature condition(85C or -40C), can we still get 200Mbps rate guaranteed?

    2) When you mentioned "1.2V <-> 3.3V translation for up to 120MHz",  which parameters or specification can we determine that frequency is working with this translator? 

    3) Related to 2, the datasheet saying 1.2V-3.3V translation is with max 8ns delay, is this delay counted into the statement "verified 1.2V <-> 3.3V translation for up to 120MHz"?

    4) In the datasheet cannot see bit skew spec. What the maximum bit skew may we expect, for 1.2V-3.3V translation?

    See my answers below:

    1) Yes, this verification was based on room temperature only.

    2) We used data bits as our parameter. After 120MHz we saw data bits go missing.

    3) No, delay was not counted for.

    4) Because there are various factors that determine skew like loading, temp, process, package, voltage of operation, frequency of operation; skew is not specify.
