I downloaded SN74LVC540A.cir from TI homepage.
Generated .lib from .cir.
I generated .olb from .lib and tried to run circuit simulation.

In the same way, SN74LV540A.cir was simulated without problems.
SN74LVC540A.cir shows the following error message.

ERROR(ORPSIM-16551):A floating point calculation failed when loading the device model.
Solution: 1

Please tell me how to solve this problem.

I believe this is a known issue with some of our PSPCE files. Let me get back to you with an update and we should be able to give you an updated file.
