Hello E2E Experts,
Good day.
I am using the PIN 3 connected to Vcc without a pull-up and it works great. But then I asked myself if I had to use a pull-up but I wasn't able to find the information in the datasheet.
Do I have to use a pullup resistor to connect the PIN 3 (R|) of CD74HCT221M to Vcc?
