SN74AHC541: SN74AHC541

In our design, we have a single 1PPS signal, and our objective is to use SN74AHC541 buffer to obtain four 1PPS outputs. Jitter and skew are critical parameters for our application, but unfortunately, we could not find specific values of these parameters in datasheet. We kindly request your assistance in providing the relevant jitter and skew values. Additionally, we are considering the use of LMK1C1104PWR as a fan-out buffer for this operation. We would greatly appreciate your expert opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of both SN74AHC541 and LMK1C1104PWR in terms of their suitability for our application. Thank you in advance.
