SN74LVC2G126: ESD Diodes From Input to Vcc?

Hi all,

I was curious to know if there exists any ESD diodes for the input pins of the SN74LVC2G126 to Vcc. In addition, if I apply an input that is greater than my supply, will I cause the device to create any leakage current?
