The 2014 revision of the SN74LVC541A datasheet, in section 10.2.2, says to see the dt/dV values in the Recommended Operating Conditions table.
The dt/dV values are not in that table. I searched this forum and found WhitePaper SLLA364A which does talk about dt/dV values for different part families.
For the SN74LVC parts, that document says the dt/dv value is "5/10" ns/V, and the threshold value, Vt, is 91.5 V. Can you explain these values? What does the 5/10 depend on, and how can the threshold voltage be 91.5 Volts?
Has any actual testing been done to determine what the minimum input rise/fall rate has to be for this part?
