Hi All,

I have aquestion about SN74LVC1G97.

Could you please let me know about the spec of Δt/Δv Input transition rise or fall rate?

SN74LVC1G97 don't have this spec.

SN74LVC1G97 is built in by Schmitt trigger, Is it possible to damage the SN74LVC1G97 if I input the voltage slowly?

Schmitt-trigger inputs are designed to handle slow edges and therefore do not have a Δt/Δv limit.

The following document states that LVC is 10ns/V (max).

LVC seems to have limitations on input rise and fall.
which one is correct?
Is it OK for slowly input to LVC products?

Most LVC devices do not have Schmitt-trigger inputs. The '97 is an exception in this regard.

(Devices with normal input specifiy V_IL and V_IH; devices with Schmitt-trigger inputs specify V_T+ and V_T−.)
