SN74HC148: VIL supply voltage and temperature dependence

Hi,

In the characteristic table described in "6.2 Recommended Operating Conditions" in the data sheet, the maximum value of VIL (Low-level input voltage) is specified for 2V, 4.5V, and 6V respectively.

(1) Could you tell us the maximum value of VIL when Vcc = 3V, 3.3V and 5V?

(2) Is it correct to assume that the maximum value of VIL increases linearly in proportion to Vcc when Vcc is in the range of 2 to 6V?

(3) Does the maximum value of VIL have temperature dependency? If Vcc is constant, will it be the same value within the operating temperature range (-40°C to 85°C)?

Thanks,

Conor
