    The difference is that "SN74AHCT1G08DCKR(E)" is not a valid OPN.

    I suspect that a customer added this suffix to indicate that both SN74AHCT1G08DCKR and SN74AHCT1G08DCKRE4 are allowed.

    (If you're asking about C0JBAA000419: it is used only as a 3.3 V to 5 V level shifter, so the SN74AHCT1G08DCKR will certainly work.)
