It can be replaced by the respective SN74LVC1Gxx AND/OR/buffer/inverter gate, depending on how it is configured.

This picture comes from TDA4 EVM reference design,so my question is : can U279 ( in the red circle) be replaced by a common 2 input AND/OR gate IC. please give me a detailed part number

U279 is configured as an OR gate. The SN74LVC1G32-Q1 would have the same function, but has a different pinout and has no Schmitt-trigger inputs.
