SN74AUP1T34: Propagation Delay Specifications

Hi,

I was thinking of using this IC as a discrete buffer for two synchronous clocks. The issue I'm running into is finding information on the minimum propagation delay for operating VCCA & VCCB at 3.3V. Is this specification available?

I'm having difficulty finding comparable ICs with tight propagation delays. In my application I need a propagation min/max delay difference less than 1.62nS. If it turns out this IC's min spec causes a prop difference delay greater than 1.62nS are their other discrete devices available that are available?

Hello Lee,

Thanks for reaching out. Looking through our device families, we are not able to find a suitable device with a min/max prop delay difference of 1.62 ns

The device with the lowest prop delay difference is the SN74AVC1T45.

Note: The mix and max specs are tested across temperature meaning if the device is used at room temp the prop delay values will be 2.6 ns for Low-to-High and High-to-Low.

Hi Joshua,

If there isn't an option available for single discrete buffers. Are there single devices available with multi-channel/bits that could fit into this spec requirement?

Unfortunately, we do not have any single or multi-channel devices that are able to meet the 1.62 ns timing requirements.
