I found that SN74LV1T04 is an inverter gate，but the SN74LV1T04-Q1，which is the automotive version of SN74LV1T04，seems like an non-inverter gate。

Could you tell me exactly whether SN74LV1T04-Q1 is an inverter or not?

This is an error in the SN74LV1T04-Q1 datasheet. (I'd guess the table was copied from the SN74LV1T34-Q1 datasheet.)

Yes; all 74xx04 devices are inverters.
