Hi,

We want to check whether we have Timing requirements of SN74HC164 in 3.3V VCC.

This VCC related spec is not in our DS.

If we do not have such data, how could customer to do reference or calculate for this timing?

Consider using the SN74HCS164, which is fully compatible but faster.

Also see the above link which is a little more specific than what Clemens posted. But in general, linear interpolation works fine.
