Can SN74AVC24T245 replace SN74AVCH24T245? Does the schematic need to be changed?

If there is no Bus-hold, does it mean that the pull high resistor needs to be added?

    A pull-up resistor is not the same as bus-hold.

    It is possible that you need pull-ups or pull-downs or bus-hold or nothing, depending on the circuit. Is it possible that some pins are not driven to a valid voltage by other devices? What should the voltage then be?
