Hi Ti Team,
If i add a 10K Pullup resistor on Input and Output, it will create any issues in the Long Run?

It will not create issues as the internal pull up is also 10K. Hence, total pull-up on the line will be equivalent to 10K.
However, if the value of the external pull-up changes, the major impact would be on VOL.
Please refer to the referenced app notes to help set expectations as 2.2K is stronger than 10K.
If you must use the 2.2K, please see LSF0204.
Also see TXU0304 / TXU0204 best suited for the UART application (using auto bidirectional devices for applications that are not auto bidirectional is not the best recommendation), thanks.
Thanks for the info, will look into the application note.
TXS0104E.can be used for I2C Level translation? As the Datasheet says "4-Bit Bidirectional Voltage-Level Translator for Open-Drain and Push-Pull Applications".
