Hello,

Quick question about SN54LVTH162244-SP. Is this part built any differently than the Military rated version, SNJ54LVTH162244WD, or just qualified to a different level? What would the orderable device look like for the space rated part (SNJ54LVTH162244WD-SP or something else?)

    Both use the same SMD. The letter Q/V is the device class designator (high reliability/space, see section 1.2.3). Section 4.2.1 c. says that "additional screening for device class V beyond the requirements of device class Q shall be as specified in MIL-PRF-38535, appendix B." Section 4.4.1 d. table II lists the different electrical test requirements.

    The material content is identical down to the last digit, so it appears to be the same.
