SN74HCS21-Q1: Pull up & RC filter at input line of AND gate

Part Number: SN74HCS21-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21710

Hello experts,

I am using this 4 input AND logic for combining fault signal from my gate drives (UCC21710 - four numbers). The fault pin is open drain so we provided 4.7k pull up to vcc  and a 100pF across FLT & GND pin. when this FLT pin coming at the AND IC side,

if we passing it to one RC filter make any sense (say 220 Ohm & 100p) ?

does the time constant of RC will be affected with the full up value ?

if so new rise time is (4.7k + 220) * 100p ?

in another case where 3 FLT Inputs are there, then whats the better option for the  4th input pin, leav it floating or connecting to 5V

Regards
