Is it possible to operate the SN74AVC2T245RSWR by inputting a pulse signal to be on/off at 0.5 ms (2 kHz) to the OE terminal?

Is there a frequency limit that can be input to the OE terminal (SN74AVC2T245RSWR can operate)?
