We currently use the 74BCT8245 die in an old MCM design and we've

exhausted our supply of the die.

We need to go to the 74BCT8245A die to support our MCM. What is the

process for ordering 74BCT8245A die's?

The original device was ordered without the 'SN' . At this point we just want to know how to order the die. Seems we can't order them as if they are ICs, and purchasing needs a valid part number to pursue.

Can you provide a valid part number and a datasheet for the die?

Currently, very few logic devices are available as bare dies: ti.com/logic-voltage-translation/products.html#2954=DIESALE.

If you are a large-enough customer, you might be able to convince TI to create a new packaging option for the SN74BCT8245A.
