Dear High Reliability team.
The below is datasheet for the part.
Can I apply 2.5 V(max) for Vih pin (when sn54ahc244 VCC is 3.3V)? Doesn't this cause operating problems?
unfortunately, My output voltage of controller IO is max 2.5V.
In range whole of operating temperature, Is it possible?

These values are specified over the entire temperature range, so a 2.5 V input signal is guaranteed to work with a 3.3 V supply. But the noise margin will be very small, and an input voltage near VIH might increase the supply current; see the AHCT Designer's Guide or the AHC Logic Family application report:
Would you be able to use an actual voltage translator like the SN74LVC8T245-EP?
