Hi Uriel,
Unfortunately, for some of our older parts (this device is 20+ years old) we do not have documentation for them.
Thank you for your answer.
Do you know of any F-F that can work at 150MHz and is Rad Hard?
UB
Hi Uriel,
By Radiation Hardened are you looking specifically for a device that has current documentation?
Yes.
I order to be allowed to use a part in our designs, we need to have radiation documentation or inclusion in an approved list (e.g.: TOR, etc.)
Hi Uriel,
Do you know the specific radiation needs?
For example, is radiation "tolerant" enough or does it need to have radiation "hardened"
If the device needs to be radiation hardened, we do not have many choices in this. Anything in our "AC" family is considered radiation hardened based off the SN54AC00-SP report here. However, the AC family only has a 2-ch DFF: https://www.ti.com/product/SN54AC74-SP
We do have newer devices coming our as we are looking to refresh out SP and EP parts in the upcoming year. Currently we also only a 2-ch DFF for our new SC family: https://www.ti.com/product/SN54SC2T74-SEP
We are planning on making larger channel devices ranging from 4-8ch in the future, but I cannot give you an exact timeline of this.
Do note that, our new SEP (SC family) devices are rated as radiation tolerant at 50krad.
