Are the flip-flops utilized in the CD74HC93 circuitry based on standard flip-flop designs previously developed by Texas Instruments? If so, what are the model numbers of these components?

CD74 devices were designed by RCA and later acquired by Harris and then by TI. Anyway, CD74HC devices were designed to be similar to SN74HC devices, and the internal flip-flops are likely to be very similar to those in the CD74HC174.
