SN74HC14: Max instantaneous output current

Hi Team,

Customer use our SN74HC14 with below circuit, and would like know the max instantaneous output current(not marked in datasheet), since the 880pF need 152mA current when start up, could you please help check whether the 152mA current is out of spec? Thanks.
