We are using the SN74LVC2G32DCUR on several boards in an enclosure we are doing thermal analysis on and need to know some more information that is not in the datasheet. We want to make sure we aren't overstressing the part so we need to know the thermal resistance from the device junction to the board, to the case top and to the case bottom. Only resistance from the junction to ambient is listed in the datasheet.
