I am looking for a logic family (inverter or buffer) which can toggle at 100MHz.

Which TI logic family is most suitable for this speed? Is AHC still the fastest logic family that TI offers or is there a faster option?

The fastest logic family is AUC.

What supply voltages can you use?

I am flexible, 1.8/2.5/3.3/5V is all suitable.

Then use AUC at 2.5 V.
