TXU0102: End point have pull high/low resistor condition

Hi Team,

If use TXU0102 as below connection, will the pull high or pull low resistor at end point will affect the B1/2Y voltage level?

For example: If B1Y have 70k ohm pull low resistor inside WIFI, is B1Y still 1.8V when A1 is 3.3V?
