SN54ABT244: Logic Compatibility with CLVCH16T245MDGVREP device

Part Number: SN54ABT244

Tool/software:

Hello TI team,

We have a military version 5962-9214701M2A (54ABT244) 5V CMOS buffer driving to a 5V level shifter CLVCH16T245MDGVREP.  If I'm interpreting the datasheet correctly for the 5962-9214701M2A device it appears Voh (min) is 3.0V, but looking further into the test conditions it assumes a rather large load of 50 pF and 500 Ohms on the output which most likely is dragging it to 3.0V

CLVCH16T245MDGVREP has a standard 5V-CMOS Vih/Vil of 3.5V/1.35V

Based purely off datasheet specifications it appears 5962-9214701M2A wont be able to adequately drive a 5V-CMOS input to its thresholds at 3V Voh (min)?  Is there test data that can be updated to the datasheet to show these buffers can surpass Voh > 3.5V?

Thanks in advance,

Will
