We can see below specification like below at datasheet.

The output driver sourcing current is Max 10mA at 3.3V supply. but the customer request level translator with more higher current capability. Is there any other product with higher sourcing current capability?

Yes, The customer need more I_OL or I_OH?

The input voltage is 3.3v to 5v, 5v to 3.3v for UART level translator.

In theory, a UART has only one signal in each direction, and uses high-impedance CMOS inputs, so the TXU0202 should be enough.

Why do you need more current? And are there really four signals?

LVC/LXC translators have higher drive strength, but there are no devices with channels going in separate directions. You could combine multiple SN74LXC2T45‍s.

The customer concern signal strength due to distance between master and slave. The application is PLC back plane communication.

They will use 2 UART communication so they need 4 ch devcie(2 TX / 2 RX)

The UART signals might be so slow that 10 mA is enough, but I don't know the actual numbers. 2× SN74LXC2T45‍ will certainly work.
