Is there any information available regarding single event effect susceptibility of this device or the LVC family in general? Also, as LVTH is a BiCMOS technology, might it be susceptible to low dose rate radiation effects (ELDRS) unlike pure CMOS devices?

Hi Walter,

We don't have radiation testing data on most of these devices. Our more recent devices ending in -SEP will have rad testing data, see here: SN54SC2T74-SEP data sheet, product information and support | TI.com. The BiCMOS part is still susceptible to ELDRS.
