When the output pin is Low, negative voltage is generated by the load that leads.
At that time, current flows from the output pin, so is there any spec for the maximum current?

The absolute maximum ratings forbid a power dissipation larger than 100 mW. The forward voltage of the clamping diodes is not specified, so you are on your own.

Hi Kengo,

What Clemens said is correct. There is no spec for the maximum current on this device, though so long as you keep within the power dissipation ratings the device should be fine.
