Tool/software:
Hi E2E,
Please see my schematic first.

I am using two SN74LVC8T245PWR chips to translate the SOC 1.8V signals to the LCD display.
When the IC is at room temperature, the LCD display is abnormal, but as the IC temperature increases, the display returns to normal.
I tried measuring the signal of each channel and found that when the display is abnormal, the noise in the signal is also bad.
Below are the signal waveforms for the abnormal and normal displays.
LCD display ok:

LCD display NG:

After about 30 minutes of power-on, the LCD returns to normal display, and the signal also stabilizes. It is initially determined that this issue may be related to temperature.
When I spray the IC with coolant, the LCD display becomes abnormal again.
I also tried replacing the IC with the SN74LVC8T245-Q1, and this issue does not occur.
My temperature range should be within the IC's specifications. Could you help me determine the cause of this issue?
